1. Digital Products and Courses
- All sales of digital products, including online courses, memberships, and downloadable materials, are final.
- Refunds are only considered if you are unable to access the purchased content due to a technical issue on our side, and we cannot resolve it within 7 business days.
2. Physical Products (if applicable)
- Must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
- Products must be unused, in original packaging, with proof of purchase.
3. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
